The one-stop shop for advice on employee participation and its implementation within your company. Employee participation is a financial participation of employees in the company and is also referred to as employee participation or management participation. With employee participation, companies can motivate and retain staff by allowing employees to participate financially in the growth of the company. This can be done in various ways.
Examples are the granting of shares in the company for free or on favorable terms (see: share plan), option plans or the allocation of profit-sharing certificates instead of shares. Such forms of participation not only aim to motivate employees and managers, but also to moderate direct labor costs.
